If there’s one thing I can say about Aly and Pete, it’s that they’re all about having fun and enjoying each other’s company—and it made their engagement session such a blast! From the get-go, I could tell these two were so in sync with each other. Their love is playful, relaxed, and full of good vibes, and honestly, that’s exactly the energy you want in an engagement shoot.

We went for a super chill location, an open field with beautiful, soft light that was perfect for capturing those carefree moments. And let me tell you, Aly and Pete totally brought the fun! There was no awkwardness, no stiff posing—just lots of laughter, jokes, and sweet moments that felt 100% real. The best part? Watching them naturally fall into these little moments of connection, like when they’d share a quiet laugh or steal a kiss when they thought I wasn’t looking (but of course, I was!).

One of the highlights of the day was definitely when we hit the water for a bit. Aly rested her head on Pete’s shoulder, and it was one of those quiet moments where you just know everything feels right. It was totally relaxed, but it also showed off how in tune they are with each other. They just get each other—and you can feel that in every photo.
