My husband and I met Day while we were in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. From the start, he was such a down-to-earth guy, and we quickly found that we had a lot in common—one of the biggest being that he had just become a dad to a baby girl, and we had just stepped into parenthood ourselves. He was incredibly understanding and offered so much encouragement during a time when my husband and I felt like we were just trying to survive the newborn phase.

Fast forward to the session, where I had the pleasure of meeting Day’s wife, Whitney (who is seriously amazing, by the way), and their sweet baby girl. It was such a warm and joyful experience photographing their beautiful family in their home. I’m so grateful my husband and I got to connect with such kind-hearted people. Thank you, Day and Whitney, for welcoming us into your home and allowing me to capture this precious time in your lives. It truly means the world.
